Why We Built This Site
Alabama records do not sit in one public name-search system. A Bibb arrest or booking starts with the creating agency and jail, while the Circuit Clerk keeps filed charges, docket activity, and dispositions. The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, State Bureau of Investigation, CJIS Division maintains fingerprint-linked state history, and the Alabama Department of Corrections tracks current state imprisonment. The Alabama Sex Offender Registry is a separate public-safety record. This site brings the verified contacts, access paths, fees, and request steps for those distinct sources into one reference.
